This menu represents the start of a new era for KAIAMO’s bar program.

It is a fresh start, full of sensorial experiences that will bring at the forefront modern,  minimalist yet visually stunning and innovative delicious cocktails.

This time around, we have elevated our cocktail program through the craftsmanship of DIAGEO World Class Romania 2019 Champion, Andrei Lung, in order to bring you a drinking experience that you haven’t had before.

This menu represents Andrei’s vision in line with what we have created here, at KAIAMO. This truly is a feast for guests in terms of taste & sensory experiences, like no other!

KAIAMO is all about seasonality and terroir. A symbiosis between the nature that surrounds us and the passing of age. We value time and its gentle yet genuine effect on the soil that nurtures us and the wines imbued with essence and history.

With more than 200 labels, our Wine List transcends into a synergy between the Old World and the New World, with a strong core focus on the local grape varieties from Romania’s terroir and its craft vineyards. Thus, wine, as bottled poetry, must seek to enhance the sensorial experience between these walls and allow the guest to witness a journey through time and place.
